We do not control the Content our Members choose to Post on the Service, or use as part of any User Creations. However, we respect and undertake to obey all applicable copyright laws, and we expect our Members to do so as well. Without limiting the foregoing, our Members are responsible for complying with all federal, state, local and, as applicable, foreign laws applicable to any Content they Post or use as part of any User Creation, including copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holder’s rights. As a condition to your use of the Service, you agree that you will not use the Service or our Web site to infringe the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of others in any way.
